Restrukturyzacja sądowa to przede wszystkim postępowanie naprawcze mające na celu przywrócenie płynności finansowej poprzez zawarcie porozumienia z wierzycielami oraz dostosowanie planu spłat do faktycznych możliwości finansowych przedsiębiorstwa.
